Car Photo Booth and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Car Photo Booth and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

However, you may not claim ownership of the underlying AI technology or algorithms used to generate these images.
Car Photo Booth provides its service on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to provide high-quality results, AI-generated images may occasionally contain imperfections or artifacts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Photo Booth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
