1. Right to Refund

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All new subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  2. Service Unavailability: If our service experiences extended downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  3. Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will promptly refund the incorrect amount.
  4. Duplicate Charges: Any duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification.
  5. Feature Unavailability: If advertised features are unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days, you may request a partial refund or account credit.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, subscription details, and any relevant information about why you are requesting a refund.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund has been approved and processed by Car Photo Booth, please allow the following timeframes for the funds to appear in your account:

Credit Card Refunds: Typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing time. The refund will appear as a credit on your statement from Car Photo Booth.

PayPal Refunds: Usually 3-5 business days. The refund will appear in your PayPal account and you will receive a notification from PayPal.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's policies and is outside our control.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following items and situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions beyond the initial 7-day money-back guarantee period, except in cases of extended service unavailability or billing errors.
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refunds are provided.
  • Used photo processing credits. Once you have processed photos using our service, those credits cannot be refunded.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results due to subjective preferences, as long as the service performed as described. We encourage using our free trial to evaluate quality before subscribing.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions obtained through special offers, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
